01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 49bt ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website accessible at https://49bt.app and all associated services, products, software, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 49bt platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

49bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Where materially significant changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via email to the address registered on your account or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or product-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail with respect to the matter in question.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 49bt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. 49bt takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or agent of 49bt or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or partner providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account with 49bt. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at any time. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 49bt or any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which 49bt is a participant.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

49bt reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any player at any time by requesting supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a national identity card, passport, driving licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

03 Account Obligations

By maintaining a registered account with 49bt, you agree to the following obligations that apply for the duration of your account's existence:

• Accurate Information: You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, payment method, or contact details must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting the support team.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 49bt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.
• Single Account Policy: You may hold only one account on the 49bt platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts other than the original may be closed without notice and any balances within them may be forfeited.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members. Bets placed through your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 49bt immediately via our support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to abide by all game rules, promotion terms, and platform policies as published on the 49bt website at the time of play.

49bt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if, in our reasonable judgement, the account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement or any specific product or promotion rule. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, 49bt may freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bt platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended immediately and may be subject to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or suspected technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports manipulation in connection with betting markets offered on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any 49bt platform software or game.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 49bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 49bt supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your 49bt account balance in real time upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. 49bt does not charge any fee for deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must satisfy any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses received. 49bt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳20,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 in aggregate within a 7-day period.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the account holder and verified as belonging to the account holder. 49bt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or accounts in a name other than that of the registered player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

49bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are set out on the individual promotion page and may change from time to time. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal).
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion page for applicable game contribution rates.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the time period specified on the promotion page. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or round applies unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 49bt takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of abuse will have their bonus forfeited and their account permanently suspended. 49bt's determination of bonus abuse is final.

49bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

06 Betting & Game Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the 49bt platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game or betting market as published on the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 49bt:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 49bt system. A confirmation message and a unique bet reference number will be displayed upon acceptance. It is your responsibility to verify that bet details are correct before confirming.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets cannot be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the total stake. Partial settlement of bets is not available.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. Early cash-out values are indicative only and may change.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an obvious pricing error by 49bt or a data provider; abandonment or postponement of a sporting event beyond the specified settlement period; technical failure affecting bet acceptance or settlement; or evidence that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing activity.
• RNG Certification: All slot and table games are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game providers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the respective game studio.
• Disconnection Policy: If a disconnection occurs during a game round, 49bt's server log of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be the authoritative record. Incomplete game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets are void. 49bt is not liable for any losses arising from system failures or technical errors outside our reasonable control.

07 Responsible Gaming

49bt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their activity in a healthy and controlled manner. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial difficulty, emotional distress, or is negatively affecting your relationships, please make use of the tools described below or contact our support team immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure an alert that notifies you after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to consider whether to continue.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss amount over a specified period. Once reached, further wagers cannot be placed until the limit resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your balance and account history are preserved; login is disabled for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion. Options include 6-month, 1-year, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

08 Suspension & Closure

49bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time at our sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Multi-accounting or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Any conduct that 49bt reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its games, or other players.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed for other reasons or at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 49bt support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any resulting balance will be returned to the player.

49bt's decisions regarding account suspension, restriction, and closure are final. Disputes may be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed within 10 business days. 49bt's determination following a dispute review constitutes the final and binding resolution of the matter.
